- Used up a week of my plan in one day
- My bot just stopped and never said why
- Too nervous to let it buy anything
Bots that run your business.Without babysitting them.
I run Clarua and Supa Bot with 60+ bots. They talk to me once a day and can't send, spend or post without my yes. Here's the exact org chart, 7 bot profiles and 5 house rules. You paste them in this weekend.

Your AI company, on one page
- 👋 Built by John Golat
- Founder of Clarua and Supa Bot
- Runs his companies with 60+ bots
- Every rule is pasted from his own fleet
Running AI bots the hard way:
- 4 hrs writing bot instructions from a blank page
- + 2 hrs guessing which plan you need
- + 3 hrs hunting for the bot, and the stuck loop, that ate your usage
- + 3 hrs redoing work after a routine quietly stopped
- + 5 hrs a week reading check-ins that say "nothing changed"
- + 2 hrs comparing agent apps that all promise the same thing
- + 1 hr cleaning up after a bot said "done" and wasn't
- + ∞ hrs wondering what the bot just bought
= 20+ hours of headaches
My estimates, built from the complaints people post every day.
The price of doing nothing
Just the check-in line above:
5 hrs/week × $50/hr = $250 a week
× 4 weeks = ~$1,000 a month
That's reading bot messages that say nothing. The kit is $97, once.
An example using my own estimates at $50/hour. Your number will be different.
The bots aren't the problem. Nobody's in charge of them. ↓
Why your bots flake
Nobody hires 60 people and lets all of them text the owner all day. So why do we do it with bots?
Bots don't fail because the model is dumb. They fail because nobody checks that they ran, nobody stops them from saying "done" when it isn't, and every one of them reports straight to you. That's not an AI problem. That's a missing org chart.
The old way
Collect bots. Write better prompts. Hunt for the one agent that does everything.
Result: limits gone in a day, bots that stop with no word, and one of them near your card.
The new way
Set up a company. One boss bot. Every other bot gets one job. Everybody follows house rules.
Result: you hear from it once a day. You approve. The bots do the legwork.
"Fully autonomous" is a fantasy sold by people who've never had to explain a bad charge to their bank. Here, the bots draft and you decide.
Free. Steal this.
House Rule #1, word for word from my bots
Paste it into every bot you have. Today. Swap in your name and your boss bot's name. It's the rule that keeps my bots from sending, spending or posting on their own.
Propose-only. Do not send, post, publish, spend, book, cancel, delete, or change any live setting unless [OWNER] explicitly says so in that message. A yes on one item is not a yes on the next one. Draft it, save it, and report it to [CHIEF OF STAFF].
Why "in that message" matters: a bot will treat a yes from Tuesday as a yes forever if you let it. Mine has to see the yes in the message that asks.
Be clear-eyed: a rule in a profile is an instruction, not a lock. If your bot tool has its own approval setting, turn it on too, and test it.
Pasted it? That's rule 1 of 5. You've already started.
Rules 2–5 are where the quiet comes from: one daily board, a held queue, the missed-run check and verify-before-claiming. Plus the 7 bots that enforce them.

How 60 bots almost ate my day
John Golat · founder of Clarua and Supa Bot
I run my companies, and a good chunk of my life, with 60-some AI bots.
Every bot I added was another bot talking to me. At one point it was about 50 check-ins a day, most of them some version of "nothing changed." More help. Less time.
Then it clicked: I'd hired 60 bots and never drawn an org chart.
So I gave the fleet a Chief of Staff that talks to me, a COO that checks every morning that the routines ran, a money watcher, an inbox drafter, a lead scout, and an Improver that reviews the rest every week. Every bot got the same rule: nothing goes out without my yes on that specific thing.
Now I hear from my bots once a day. I approve, edit or say no. That's the job.
Receipts from my fleet (no testimonials yet; the kit ships Oct 20)
🧾 The $50 charge
Ad charge looks doubled.
→ refund request: drafted
→ paid: $0 · filed: nothing
→ waits for my OK🧾 The "it's live" that wasn't
Draft says pages are live. They aren't.
→ status: unverified
→ draft: held🧾 The paused campaign
→ bots allowed to flip it: 0
→ stays paused until I say so🧾 50 pings → 1 board
→ runs/weekday: ~74 → ~24
→ my Improver's on-paper math, not a measured count
And the fifth: every week the Improver reviews the other bots, proposes fixes and changes nothing. I approve the ones I want.
"Sounds great, but…"
The three things I hear most. Fair questions. Straight answers.
"I tried agents. They flaked."
Mine flaked too. Now something notices.
Every routine leaves a dated file. The COO checks them each morning. No file, you hear about it. And no bot gets to say "done" unless it checked this run. Otherwise it says "unverified."
Receipt: a bot caught its own draft claiming pages were live. It held it.
"I'm not technical. No time."
You paste. You don't write.
Every profile is plain English. If you can paste text and set a schedule, you can do this. Saturday: the rules, the Chief of Staff and the COO. Sunday: the other 4 bots. The video goes in that order. Stuck? Bring it to the Oct 24 call.
Zero code. Zero prompts from a blank page.
"Bots + my money? No."
Good instinct. Keep it.
Every bot drafts and waits for your yes on that exact item. The Money Watcher reads charges and never pays. A profile rule is an instruction, not a lock, so I show you how to turn on your tool's own approval setting and test both.
Usage limits? No kit can raise them. The Meter Sheet shows which bot is eating them.

What your next Monday looks like
Saturday
Paste the 5 house rules. Set up your Chief of Staff and COO. The video walks you through it.
Sunday
Add Money Watcher, Inbox, Calendar and Lead Scout. Set the Quiet Schedule. Close the laptop.
Monday, early
Your COO checks that every routine left its file. Anything that didn't run goes on the board. (Mine runs at 7:04am.)
Monday, morning
One board from your Chief of Staff: what changed, what needs your yes, what's due back from the held queue. You approve, edit or say no.
The rest of the week
Quiet. Your bots only interrupt for real stuff: money you didn't approve, a lockout, a deadline inside 24 hours, a customer waiting today. Max 2 a day.
Once a week
The Improver's review lands on the board. You pick the fixes you want.

Built for owners, not engineers
✅ For you if…
- You run a business, already pay for a bot tool, and lately feel like its assistant.
- You've got 3+ bots and every one of them talks to you.
- You'd hand bots your inbox and money stuff if they'd ask first.
🚫 Not for you if…
- You want bots that act with nobody approving anything. I don't sell that.
- You don't use a bot tool and don't plan to pay for one. The kit runs inside one.
- You want it all done for you for $97. That's the $2,500 tier.
- You need testimonials before you buy. I don't have any yet. The refund is what I've got.
Questions I'd ask too
Which bot tool does it work with?
I built it and run it on Grok Bot. It's written for any bot tool that has profiles and scheduled tasks. I've only run it on Grok Bot myself, so elsewhere you may need to adjust the setup steps.
What do the bots cost to run? Will I burn my usage?
Whatever your bot tool's plan costs. The kit adds nothing on top. No kit can raise your plan's limits. The Meter Sheet shows which bot and routine is eating them, the COO flags loops that keep running, and the Quiet Schedule cuts runs (mine went from about 74 a weekday to about 24, on paper). Fill in the Which-Plan Worksheet before you upgrade anything.
Can a bot spend my money?
Every bot in the kit is told to draft and wait for your yes on that specific item. A rule in a profile is an instruction, not a lock. If your bot tool has its own approval setting, turn it on and test it before you trust it. I show you how to test both.
What if I miss the live call?
It's recorded. Presale buyers who miss it get the replay.
I already bought the $97 presale. What do I get?
Everything in The Kit on this page, including the Oct 24 call. You don't pay more.
Is this a Supa Bot thing?
No. I'm the founder of Supa Bot, but you don't need it for this kit. It comes from how I run my own fleet.
Refunds?
14 days, full refund, no questions. Email john@clarua.com. Plus the 30-day quiet promise above.
Other questions?
Email me at john@clarua.com. A human answers. Me.
Stop babysitting bots. Set up the company.
You already pay for the bots. Right now they work like a room of interns with no manager: busy, chatty, and nobody checking.
Give them an org chart, one boss and house rules this weekend. Monday you get one board. You approve, edit or say no, and go run your business.
If it doesn't get quiet, the quiet promise kicks in: I fix it on a call or refund you.

P.S. Skimmed to the bottom? Fair. The deal: a Chief of Staff, a COO, a Money Watcher, Inbox, Calendar, Lead Scout and Improver, 5 house rules, the Meter Sheet, the Quiet Schedule and a walkthrough video. About 34 hours of setup (my estimate) for $97. One board a day. Nothing sent, spent or posted without your yes.
P.P.S. $97 until the kit ships Tue Oct 20, then $147. The live setup call on Sat Oct 24 is for presale buyers only. And House Rule #1 is free either way. Grab it.
